Yesterday (********) I purchased a £** gift card for Nando's in the Taunton store as a present for my dad. Today I found something that would be better suited to him and brought that, I went back to Asda today (********) to return the voucher to be told 'we don't return vouchers' I asked to see where this is written anywhere near or around the gift card section to be told it wasn't?! They said they had no way of knowing if I had used it?! I explained that surely I would not have the gift card fully intact without anything scratched off if I had used it? But was still told you do not refund gift cards. What I would like is a refund for the gift card and for you to then put a notice up at the gift card section to say that you will not do refunds on any cards once purchased. It is very normal for you to be able to get a refund if you no longer want a product?! I wait to hear your reply. Thank you, Sophia Cross
