Submitted to DN a request at one time. One was sent from an email on an iPhone but was referring to an email address different and laptop. The other results were sent to a separate email address. Results came back for one appearing to be for the other person. Unable to access the second person‘s results. For three era code resulted in new password was issued. Still on able to get results for both parties.
GetHuman1046640 did not yet indicate what Ancestry.com should do to make this right.
