I have been trying to contact you and sent several emails to let you know that all this time I have been trying to get help with kit I bought because I have medical issues that will not allow me to be able to give a sample to find out about my DNA, I have been in contact with **andme, and they finally told me after all this time and emails back and forth that I should contact you. I have not received any kind of confirmation that you have received my emails about the problem.
