I ordered a DNA test for my husband and my fault did not completely read the instructions and he he had liquids within the ** minute time frame. Is there anything we can do to rectify this problem? Also, i am a member of Ancestory but since i entered in my husbands activate dna i can only pull up his info and computer will not let me connect to my site. *Thank you in advance for your ***istance. kim Mitc****
