The issue in GetHuman-ajjmbc's own words
I had signed up for a free trial and cancelled that trial within about an hour after I signed up because I was not getting what I needed. I have since been charged the $** fee. I have tried to talk to a human and am asked to give the last * of the credit card and the * digit zip code and am told that they do not match. this happened several times. the charge has shown on my card and the zip I have given is the zip with that card. this does seem a bit suspicious to me and since I have not been able to talk to a human I have cancelled the card and sent out a fraud alert on the charge. This charge needs to be reversed.
GetHuman-ajjmbc did not yet indicate what Ancestry.com should do to make this right.
