I am a logged-in member of ancestry.com. When I'm in the middle of a search it throws me to a screen that wants me to join and gives several membership options. I can't search any more, and there's no way I can see to close the screen. It seems to be a technical problem. Thanks!
GetHuman-cgmlib did not yet indicate what Ancestry.com should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-cgmlib fixed the problem
Call ancestry.com back and just wait. Wanda solved my problem pretty quickly by figuring out that I had logged in on an old user name. I could go so far, and then it wanted me to join. I wasn’t in the account that I had paid for.
