On April **st, I ordered online a DNA test for myself and a relative who lives in another town. He did not have an ancestry login, doesn't know how to use a computer and doesn't have access to one. I agreed to print off his results when they came back, and mail it to him. I ordered both kits, with one being sent to him in another town. I used one credit card for both kits, and paid for them together. We received the kits, I cannot find the login number for him, James Eaton, order no. *********. I called Ancestry for help, but they refused, saying he would have to do this. Can you help me find out his login and password? This is causing far too much difficulty and stress. Thank you.
