On April **st, I ordered online a DNA test for myself and a relative who lives in another town. He did not have an ancestry login, doesn't know how to use a computer and doesn't have access to one. I agreed to print off his results when they came back, and mail it to him. I ordered both kits, with one being sent to him in another town. I used one credit card for both kits, and paid for them together. We received the kits, I cannot find the login number for him, James Eaton, order no. *********. I called Ancestry for help, but they refused, saying he would have to do this. Can you help me find out his login and p***word? This is causing far too much difficulty and stress. Thank you.
I trust that Ancestry.com will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
