I am a doctor and have no time for shopping. Worth customer service I have ever had in my life. I wanted to buy Christmas gifts for my girls, drove for an hour from different side of town. Was able to make it just * min late. The sales associate would not let me buy anything even though store was still open. Just because I speak with a accent they discriminated me and did not let me in, even though they still had last customers in the store checking out. I spend thousands of dollars at this store and with this company during life time of my children. I feel humiliated and extremely disappointed. I wanted to buy a American Dall new car with remote control and a horse plus Red Christmas dress.. So disappointed, have to send a complaint to corporate office. Scottsdale Arizona American Dall store. I was at the store today at *:** pm **********. If anyone care about company future you should address this issues.
