We arrived late to Dallas Fort Worth Sun the **th due to * delays in your airline. The second trip to San Angelo we missed and had to rent a car. *The flight from Seattle was AA**** record locator BYTOVG and BDAQNI flight to San Angelo was flight AA****.*There are many issues but the second most was they did not give us our luggage in Dallas and said it would be out at **** to San Angelo the next day. It did not show up until Tuesday after several conversations. This has been a horrible experience with your airline NOT being helpful. Nobody seems to know what they are doing and are not helpful. No one has said I apologize for this but continue to make excuses. We rented a car to San Angelo and I would like a full refund for our tickets.
