I initiated a refund, generated my QR codes, and headed to the closest Amazon return location, which happened to be a Whole Foods store in Brea, CA. Upon arrival, I was informed that returns were not accepted there and that I needed to reroute my items to a different drop-off point. Subsequently, I processed the returns on my mobile device, and the designated return center was an Amazon Fresh store in Fullerton. What should have been a quick 30-minute task ended up taking an hour and a half. Moreover, I attempted to reach out to Amazon via chat or email through their website, but it appears that these options have been removed, which is frustrating.

I'm having trouble accessing my Amazon account due to having two separate accounts with unclear email associations. One email is [redacted], where I received a label that I forwarded to [redacted] The other account uses Pat Ornouski but I'm unsure if it's linked to [redacted] or [redacted] This mix-up seems to affect my Prime Video as well. I need the label to return a DVD VHS but can't print it from [redacted] Once we identify the correct email, I'll need help in setting up my account properly. I'm also facing issues with my PayPal account due to confusion with Google password settings I encountered. I appreciate any assistance you can provide to resolve these issues. Thank you.

Hello, I recently set up a new account, which was functional for only two days. However, upon attempting to log in again, I received a message stating that my account has been locked, and an email was supposedly sent to my registered email address, yet I have not received any such email. It has been over two weeks now. I've attempted to contact Amazon customer service, but unfortunately, each time they gather my information, put me on hold, and the call gets disconnected. Is there a method to regain access to my Amazon Prime account?

On November 29th, I placed an order on Amazon for 1 bottle of Joop Homme Eau de Toilette [redacted] ml priced at £22.03, which was debited from my bank account on November 30th. After the purchase, there was no communication until Fragrance Direct sent me an email soliciting a review for the product. When I contacted Fragrance Direct to report that I hadn't received the item, they suggested reaching out to Amazon as it might have been "drop-shipped."

My Amazon order number [redacted]-[redacted] arrived on Tuesday, November 30, [redacted]. I am pleased with the shirt I received. Despite this, the tracking status on Amazon's website has not been updated to show the delivery. Over the past two weeks, I have had four conversations with Amazon's customer service team to request an update to the delivery status, but no action has been taken. Today, I received a message from Amazon apologizing for the late delivery, indicating that my previous chats with customer service were not acknowledged. For future reference, the seller sent the t-shirt in an envelope via German Post as a letter, not a parcel, and it was delivered by the postman without a carrier involved in the tracking process. All I am requesting is for Amazon to update the status of my order to "delivered" to avoid any further confusion.

On November 3rd, I attempted to purchase a geyser but the transaction was unsuccessful. I received a notification from you stating the transaction was declined and that I would receive a refund. However, my bank has been charging me EMIs for two months for the unsuccessful transaction. I have been unable to reach your customer care team for assistance. I urgently need this matter resolved as the bank is imposing significant interest fees.

Yesterday, on December 17th, after placing order number [redacted]-[redacted], I was charged twice for 79.80 euros. Due to this issue, I canceled the entire order. I am unable to access the Amazon app as it keeps showing errors with cute dog pictures. I am trying to find a solution to my problem as all the phone numbers I have tried redirect me to others without any response. I would appreciate it if you could help me with this matter. I have had to cancel orders because of being charged twice.

Order number #[redacted] was placed on November 24, [redacted]. The tracking information shows that the shipment has been stuck in Shenzhen City, China since November 29, [redacted]. I contacted customer service through the email button on the receipt, and after an initial response saying my query was referred, I haven't received any updates. Recently, my emails sent through the same button are being returned as undeliverable. Could you please investigate the status of my shipment and provide information on why it has been delayed in Shenzhen City for an extended period? Thank you.

I received a response from Amazon a week ago stating that they need me to trust their process and be patient for an additional four business days. This email serves as confirmation that they are actively working on resolving the issue. They assured me that this four-day timeline is the maximum I will have to wait and that there will be no further delays. I am supposed to receive another email from their team within the next four business days with an update on the matter. However, I have not received any communication yet.

I am requesting a refund for a charge of $14.17 from Amazon Prime on my checking account. I have never used Amazon Prime and do not intend to. Order # [redacted]-[redacted]: Hello, I am uncertain about the arrival date for this order and have been unable to locate any tracking information. The automated assistant only led me in circles. This particular order was a replacement for a previous one of the same item. Due to a change in bank cards, the new card was not accepted, and I accidentally used the old one. I cancelled my NatureGenX - Leptin XT subscription through Amazon in July [redacted]. I spoke with a representative who assured me the subscription was cancelled. The product is sold by Beauty's 7 in Swannee, GA. Despite cancellation, I keep receiving the order monthly and have to return it for a refund each time. I want the subscription under the name of Jean Calloway to be terminated to prevent further shipments.

I believe that my computer was hacked by a scammer who posed as a Geek Squad member to assist my husband. They used my debit card to purchase Best Buy Gift Cards without my knowledge. Upon discovering the scam, my husband provided all the details to Best Buy, who advised us to destroy the cards. Although we have the cards in our possession, the scammer already has the card numbers. I took action by contacting our Credit Union to stop the fraudulent transactions and they deactivated my debit card as a precaution. Unfortunately, this situation has also affected my access to my Kindle library. I feel unfairly penalized for something I had no control over. I ask for my account to be reinstated and any guidance on resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. I prefer using Gmail as my primary email, but I have noticed some emails missing after the hacking incident. Please reach out to both of my email accounts for any communication. I purchased a cremation necklace, but it was delivered to the wrong address. I am disappointed and upset as this item was meant to honor my deceased son. I need a refund and assistance to show proof of delivery to the correct address for the police report. I have re-ordered the necklace. The driver mistakenly took it to [redacted] Broadway instead of [redacted] 1/2 Broadway. The neighbor downstairs, Kathy Harris, may have received it. I ordered two pairs of shoes to try before buying. I initiated the return process on the 7th day after the delivery on December 15th. Despite selecting Kohl’s as the return location, I encountered issues during the return process at the store. The associate and I attempted to get the QR code, but the return to Kohl’s option was not available. Following her advice, I canceled the return and tried again with no success. Due to my work schedule, I couldn't return the items until today, missing UPS hours on Thursday and Friday. Unfortunately, I am now unable to initiate the return process at all.

My account might be locked, as I received an email about an unfamiliar order. Technicians and a representative have been helping me for the past four days. They requested my debit card for security using Moonpay. Some charges went through my bank, but some were declined. They attempted a refund to my debit card and mistakenly credited my Amazon wallet with $[redacted] instead of $[redacted]. They advised me to purchase $[redacted] in Google Play cards, which I did. I discovered one $[redacted] card has been used. They increased my wallet to $[redacted] and promised a $[redacted] check by mail. Now, they are asking me to buy $[redacted] more in Google Play cards. My representative has been Peter William.

I reside at [redacted] Via Colibri in San Clemente, CA. I have been a loyal Amazon customer for several years now. Lately, I have noticed that I receive the occasional package addressed to Benjamin Claussen at my address. I am unsure of the connection as I do not know this individual or why he shares the same street address as me. What steps can be taken to rectify this situation? I do not suspect any fraudulent activity as it appears to be an honest mistake.

I encountered an issue when purchasing a radio using my long-standing credit card on file. Despite the card not being expired, I received an error message stating it was unusable. Amazon informed me that the card was expired, which was puzzling as it was not mentioned in any prior communication. I resorted to using a different card to complete the purchase successfully. However, $30.53 in reward points from the original transaction did not carry over. I kindly request assistance in transferring the points to the new order and adjusting the invoice accordingly. On Monday, I noticed my order status showed it was on the way and expected to arrive by 8 p.m. However, when I checked at 8 p.m., the message prompted me to contact Amazon. On Thursday night, upon checking again, it indicated the order had been delivered the previous Monday, December 13, [redacted]. I inquired with my nephew about any deliveries, but none were received. I did not receive an email confirming the delivery either. Even as of today, December 18, I encountered an Amazon delivery person in our lobby who instructed me to reach out to Amazon.
