I placed an order for 2 cases of Scott Bath Tissue on November 2nd. On November 5th, I got a notification that the order was shipped and due to arrive by November 23rd. However, the order has not been delivered. I contacted the seller, who informed me that the order had been lost, advising me to request a refund. When I attempted to do so on the Amazon order page, I received a message stating the order was not eligible for a refund. We have been experiencing difficulty printing a return label. This has happened before as there isn't a UPS store nearby. The closest one is a [redacted]-mile round trip away. The QR code is not helpful as the UPS shipping outlets do not have the required equipment. Our confidence in Amazon's return process has been affected by this. We kindly request to have the return label printing capability restored as it is usually straightforward to use.

Hello, I am experiencing several issues that I need assistance with. I am the widow of Harold D., who sold Watsu products on Amazon. Unfortunately, Harold passed away last year, and I am unable to access his Amazon account to make any necessary changes related to his business earnings from the product sales. I have the appropriate documentation, including a Certificate of Death, a certified copy of his will, and identification. I also want to address another matter. I am now the designated trademark holder of Watsu products, and I have noticed that there are music items on Amazon labeled as Watsu, which appears to be a copyright violation. I placed an order and added a second payment method for a $25 Starbucks gift card. I initially used my corporate card, then added my personal card for this personal purchase. Currently, my account is on hold as it seems there is an attempt to charge $25. I request the order be canceled promptly and all payments ceased. My corporate card has my maiden name, while my married name is on the account, causing the order to be stopped. Kindly cancel the order.

I contacted customer service two days ago regarding an order where I was supposed to receive a $[redacted] discount for signing up for a credit card. Even though I was approved, the credit has not been applied to my order. Additionally, I purchased four gift cards with the expectation of receiving a $15 discount on each one, but the credits have not appeared either. I had a conversation about this issue and was assured that everything was sorted out, with the $[redacted] credit to be visible by the 14th. Unfortunately, the credit is still missing. I signed up for the credit card to help during a tight financial situation and was counting on the $[redacted] credit.

The ability to print a return shipping label has vanished out of nowhere. I am now only presented with the choice of utilizing a "QR" code on a "Mobile Device." Since I do not own a mobile device and I am unfamiliar with "QR" codes, this presents a significant challenge. How should a senior individual with memory issues cope with this situation? Kindly refrain from pushing me towards technology that I have neither the time to educate myself on nor the inclination to explore.

I made a purchase from tabletopart on November 5, [redacted], for a tarot deck (Alchemical Visions) with an initial delivery estimate of December 10. However, the package did not arrive by then, and the new delivery range is set between December 11 and December 16. Despite keeping track of the shipment via FedEx, the order has been stuck in New Delhi, India. Instead of waiting until December 16, I prefer to receive a full refund for the payment made. My attempts to communicate with the seller have been unsuccessful, as they are not responding to my messages.

I did not order or mistakenly received these items: order number [redacted]-[redacted], and I returned them on 12/14/[redacted]. Why did I receive this email: "Hello Christian, We have accepted your return request. Since this item was sent to you in error in addition to the original order, we will not provide a refund for this return. Thank you for returning the item below." I am requesting a refund. When will I receive it?

On Thursday, December 10th, an Amazon delivery truck, operated by a driver working for Amazon Prime, collided with the corner of my house while making a delivery. The impact resulted in damage to both my gutter and the structure of my house. I possess photographic evidence capturing the truck in close proximity to my residence. Notable information includes the license plate number of the truck (South Carolina plate P688344) and the truck's ID number ([redacted]). Following the incident, the driver, identified as Jack, contacted his supervisor to report the accident. Assurances were made that a report would be generated and Amazon would address the necessary repairs to my property. Despite providing my contact details on-site, I have yet to receive any further communication from them. It is my earnest request for Amazon to fulfill their commitment and initiate repairs promptly. A few weeks ago, my credit card information was stolen, and fraudulent charges were made on Walmart. I took action by closing that account and am now in the process of setting up a new one. However, I recently discovered that my Amazon account has been compromised as well. The email associated with my account has been changed without my permission to lulubernstrombbw70+[redacted], making it impossible for me to access my account. It seems I will need to go through a similar process as I did with Walmart, closing my current Amazon account and opening a new one. My previous publisher, Cynthia Hickey from Winged Publications, first published my books on Amazon. Recently, Cynthia Mock (author of Love So Divine) designed new covers and uploaded them on Amazon for Kindle, but not for print. Cynthia Hickey kindly offered to update the new covers for print versions as she has experience with numerous books. Unfortunately, she has been unable to access my Amazon account because Amazon sent her a message to an old phone number ending in 13, whereas my new phone number now ends in 97. - Marlene Worrall

I couldn't log in, experiencing a similar issue as a few weeks ago when someone in China attempted a fraudulent purchase on my Amazon account. After assistance from an Amazon representative, I regained access by updating my login email and password. Although I successfully changed my login information, the "Login and Security" section does not show the updated password. I am unable to remove the old email address from my account. Kindly provide assistance with these issues.

I received an email notifying me that my VR headset (Oculus Rift S) was delivered while I was at work. Excited, I returned home the next day, only to find that the order was missing. I waited an additional 24 hours before contacting anyone, yet the package still hasn't arrived. I've checked with both of my neighbors, who kindly allowed me to search their homes, but the VR headset isn't there. I am deeply disappointed by this situation as I am now out $[redacted]. However, when I try to access the Prime management page, I am met with the following message: "Nothing to do here No Prime management or cancellation option available for this account. Please ensure you are logged in with the correct Prime account. For further assistance, please contact customer service or visit our help page." I am seeking confirmation that my Prime membership has been terminated as I have attempted to cancel it multiple times, yet I am still being charged monthly on my credit card ending in ****[redacted]. My wife has Prime membership, and I have a separate Amazon account that I use for purchasing gifts for her. She kindly invited me to share her Prime benefits, but I encountered an error when trying to accept the invitation. The error message states that my residence country/region or preferred marketplace does not match hers, even though we live in the same house. I am concerned because I have ordered item Order# [redacted]-[redacted] and would like it to arrive before Christmas.

I received a phone call from someone who claimed to be from your company, advising me that my Amazon Prime subscription would be renewed and the fee charged to my bank account. The individual had poor English skills and did not realize I do not have an Amazon account. My only interaction with Amazon was a purchase of a yearly diary years ago, so please remove my contact details from your lists and respect my privacy. Arthur P.
