When I try to log into my Amazon prime I cannot access it. Is probably because I got a new phone. It says the password is incorrect so it's obviously an old one and when I try to recover the account will not recognize my email for the account or my ZIP code even though I know both are correct. I am being charged now it will be the two months in a row for prime that I can't use so I need to address that and get this account reopened so that I may use my benefits and not be charged anymore if I can't. my new cell phone plan is set up to pay my prime account that I need to resolve this first of course please contact me in a direct manner with a way to do this when I called and talked to the customer service agent he would not help me recover the account unless I had the password that I have already forgotten.I need some real person help in getting this account opened back up its of the essence it's a Time issue I don't have unlimited money.
