Amazon has shipped over ** packages to me--that were delivered to the wrong address--not mine, but they thought it was mine. The Amazon Prime driver, in each case, did NOT even look at my address on the label, and make the connection that he was dropping it off at the WRONG place. I have had to speak to over ** agents over ** hours, trying to get them to refund my money, get the address fixed so the problem is solved, etc., but to NO AVAIL. I have spoken to over ** people who were SURE they'd fixed it, in several different departments, etc....They are simply UNABLE to reliably send me packages to my home address. They have tried several fixes, several times, and nothing works. I have had to stop using them, which makes my PRIME membership practically worthless. This has been going on for over ** months. I feel like they are in another dimension--so absolutely incompetent. And I have NO recourse. Their agents all sound like helpless automatons running broken subroutines. Pathetic. They have thrown away hundreds of dollars of merchandise--sitting on some strangers' front porches...just bizarre. And yet no one seems to be a leader. No one can take charge and fix it. Just a bunch of people who have not a clue as to how to fix it. Taking stabs, but never making it happen. It's like Waiting For Godot. So, today, I'm just done. No more business with the World's Most Customer-Centric Company, or whatever rubbish they call themselves.
