I ordered and received an Instant Pot Ultra ** recently, and when it arrived, it has no manual, recipe book, or quick reference guide (all shown as included in the box). I did a chat with an Amazon representative, and he told me I would have to send the Instant Pot back since there were missing parts (That's ludicrous! It would cost you more to return the Instant Pot and send me a new one than it would to mail the paperwork that should have accompanied it.) He also said I could buy these books at a local store and be reimbursed the amount of money I spent. Not possible, as I live in a small town that would not carry an Instant Pot manual, recipe book, or quick reference guide. Aside from the fact that I should not have to use my time to hunt down these items to purchase (when technically, I already purchased them with the Instant Pot). Since I've already paid over $*** for this item, I would like to receive the paperwork that was supposed to come with it. Please send these items to me. Thank you.
