Help with my Amazon issue

I ordered yesterday from Amazon.ae * items with a total of *,*** AED and Amazon charged me successfully for the total amount and then all the sudden Amazon canceled * of the * items. I received email apologizing and saying we had to cancel those * items because there was something wrong in the description and if you still need them you can reorder them again which I did but again Amazon canceled them for unknown reason. After I sent several emails a customer representative called me and claimed that the email they sent me was wrong and there was nothing wrong with the items descriptions it was something related to the financial transaction and for my protection they had to cancel it. I told her this is non-sense because the transaction went through and I have the bank authorization code but she kept repeating the same story which is totally invalid. Finally I gave up and she promised to refund the money back to my credit card with *-* business days and sent me the authorization code for the * refunds.**st of all, I cannot believe this is Amazon service. *nd, I decided not deal with amazon again never for good. *rd, I should receive apology and transparent explanation for what happened and big compensation. Maybe I'll try your service one more time if I feel that you really care about me as customer and you don't want to lose me.

GetHuman-hnassef did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-hnassef fixed the problem
Amazon claimed that they sent me email to confirm my purchase and because I did not respond the order was automatically canceled. I'm not convinced because I never heard that I have to confirm my amazon orders by email. Anyway, Amazon refunded the full amount and I'm happy because I got my money back but unfortunately I won't purchase from Amazon again!
