I am frustrated with the delayed parcel collection. The items have been waiting since before Easter. I leave them outside on my porch and wait for the representative, but they have not arrived. Initially, I didn't have a bar card, but I have since attached it to the parcel. Despite being told they would collect after Easter, I am still waiting. Can another individual, preferably from Hermes, collect my parcels considering I am unable to transport them myself? I am concerned about being stuck with something unwanted if the collection is further delayed. I appreciate your prompt assistance with this matter.

I am having trouble accessing my Amazon Prime account. I mistakenly thought some charges were unauthorized and cancelled the Visa card I used for those charges. After speaking with Amazon and realizing the mistake, I asked my bank to reinstate the charges. However, my account is still locked. Can you please verify that I cleared up the misunderstanding with my bank so my account can be unlocked? I apologize for the confusion and any inconvenience this may have caused. Hello, my name is Rhonda Muller. I recently made a purchase on Amazon and unknowingly signed up for a free one-month trial of Amazon Prime. To my surprise, I noticed a charge of $6.99 AUS on my bank account on 18/04/19. I did not authorize any membership fee after the trial period and would like it cancelled promptly. Despite my attempts to cancel online, I have been unable to locate my Amazon Prime account for cancellation. I suspect this charge might have been meant for a different account. The transaction details show a Visa debit for 'AMZNPRIMEAU MEMBERSHIP SYDNEY SOUTH Ref [redacted]99' for $6.99 Australian Dollars. I had a book credit set to expire on Monday, April 29th. On April 23rd, I bought a book featured on the "Great on Kindle ebooks" list: "Small Great Things: A novel" by Jodi Picoult, expecting the credit to be used. I happened to read it while vacationing with young children and didn't check the receipt until now. Surprisingly, the credit wasn't applied, and the order doesn't appear on my list of orders. I'm confused about what might have gone wrong.

Subject: Disappointed with Amazon.com Order [redacted]-[redacted] I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the recent closure of my return request for order [redacted]-[redacted]. The email I received seems to imply that there is no possibility to replace the missing stone or address the issue with the earrings - a situation I find unacceptable. The earrings in question were only worn briefly by a 10-month-old baby, making it unlikely that the stone fell out due to wear. This experience has led me to believe that the quality of the jewelry is poor, as it should not be so fragile. As a long-time Amazon customer and Prime member, I am shocked by this decision and will be escalating my concerns to Amazon's senior management. It is disheartening to see a lack of support from the seller and Amazon. I'm having trouble logging into Amazon. They suspect my account has been hacked due to an online game code purchase. To access my account, I must provide a friend's Visa card number that is linked to my account. I can't remove the friend's card from the account myself. This is my second Amazon account because my previous one, linked to ariellaaltchek@gmail, had an old Visa card that I couldn't access. I am frustrated as I am unable to contact Amazon directly via phone or email due to account access issues. I want to regain access to my account and resolve this issue promptly.

Hello, I recently attempted to reset my password on my Amazon account but encountered an issue. After receiving the code to reset my password via email, I proceeded to enter the code but was then directed to a "Full name verification" page. Despite providing the requested information, I received an error message stating that the web address was not functional, preventing me from completing the process. Furthermore, after allowing a friend to access my account to make a purchase, I was informed that an unauthorized party may have gained access, resulting in my account being disabled. I can confirm that the access was legitimate and authorized by me. I have reached out to customer service through the website twice for assistance but have not received a response. I kindly request your support in resolving this matter promptly.

I purchased perfume as a birthday gift for my granddaughter in The Hague. I tried to mail it, but USPS wouldn't accept it. I need to return the unopened package to Amazon as it was expensive and I have no use for it. Amazon denied the return due to alcohol content. I'm confused why it was delivered to me but can't be returned. I'm considering returning it to Kohl's instead of the post office. The order number is #[redacted]-[redacted]. As a disabled veteran who relies on shopping online, particularly on Amazon due to limited mobility, I have noticed a trend with some of the products I receive, particularly those made in China. I recently purchased eye glass nose pads that turned out to be uncomfortable due to their thin design, despite my attempts to make them work. This isn't the first time I have been disappointed with items I've received - either due to malfunctions or poor quality. It can be frustrating that complaining about these products is not straightforward due to character limits. I believe Amazon would greatly benefit from implementing its own quality control system, especially for items sourced from China, to avoid selling subpar products. While I acknowledge that not all Chinese products are of poor quality, receiving items that are unusable is disheartening, especially when they are essential items for me. I hope Amazon can address this issue to improve the overall customer experience.

I expected to receive [redacted] 8 oz Playtex bottle inserts around April 5th, but the order didn't arrive. I have twins who rely on these, so it's crucial. I contacted Amazon Prime on Monday but the offers didn't solve the issue for me due to financial constraints. I then chatted with Abbas who assured me the order would arrive on Tuesday. However, the package didn't come, and I missed a call from Amazon's delivery driver. After texting them directions, I didn't hear back and sent more messages on Wednesday to no avail. It's now Wednesday night, and I still haven't received the essential item that was guaranteed to me multiple times. I urgently need assistance with this matter.

I originally registered my account in the UK and made payments from a UK bank with a UK address. I now reside in Portugal but still bank with a UK bank. My UK bank has my Portuguese address on file. I bought items for my Kindle using my UK bank, but when I tried to update to a new card with Amazon, they said the addresses were incompatible. I've been locked out of my account for weeks now. Amazon asked me to have my bank email them to confirm the address details. My bank complied, but I still can't access my account. My bank's address information is up to date. I'm stuck and can't use live chat as I'm locked out. Please assist me in resolving this issue.

I placed an order for a BPL fridge model BRS564H, SILVER on April 15, [redacted], which I received on April 18, [redacted] through Blu dart delivery. Upon installation by the BPL engineer, it was discovered that the product was damaged with numerous scratches and dents. I promptly registered my complaint via email on April 23, [redacted], including photos of the damages. A Blu dart representative visited on April 24, [redacted], but was unable to take back the fridge due to a lack of adequate transportation. He promised to return the next day but failed to do so, avoiding my subsequent calls. I kindly request for the prompt retrieval of the damaged product so I may proceed with my next order accordingly.

On the 7th of April, I received Product Pedido n.ยบ [redacted]-[redacted] in Malaga. I am dissatisfied with Amazon due to their association with unreliable companies. I tried to return a broken product and requested a free return label. Despite printing the label provided, the post office indicated it was incorrect and I need a new one with the accurate details to return it free of charge. I recently bought the "Video Camera WiFi Camcorder Digital Camera Full HD 1080P 30FPS 16X Digital Zoom Vlogging Camera with Microphone 3.00 Rotatable Touch Screen Support Remote Control Time-Lapse Photography Night Vision" from Sunlea Tech for creating YouTube videos. After spending over a month creating and editing my first video, I discovered this morning that the sound quality is poor. There is significant feedback/static from the camera that drowns out my voice, even when using an external microphone. I am disappointed as I spent a lot of time on this project only to have an unusable final product. I have attached a 20-second sample recording for you to hear the issue. I haven't posted a review yet, hoping for assistance in resolving this problem. Your prompt attention is appreciated.
