On March 15th, I placed an order for the Titan neon analog champagne men's watch (1766SL01) with delivery expected on the 17th. Unfortunately, the courier called the wrong number, causing a delay in my delivery. This was meant to be a birthday gift, and it's disappointing that it didn't arrive on time. I also encountered issues with cancelling an order for the book "Catching the Wolf of Wall Street" and not receiving a refund promptly. When I tried to reorder "Way of the Wolf" from Atlanta Publications on March 25th, there were technical problems leading to another cancellation and payment deduction. Despite assurances from customer service, I have yet to receive my refunds. Adjusting my address on an order also led to additional charges. This whole experience has been frustrating, and it makes me consider avoiding online orders from Amazon in the future and opting for local courier services instead.

Dear Amazon Team, I did not cancel the Forzza Ronald Wall Shelf as your message states. I received a delivery notification today but haven't been contacted by any delivery agent yet. I have been waiting all day to receive the item without any luck. I trust Amazon and have always been a loyal customer. Please ensure that I receive the item promptly as I did not cancel it. It's disappointing to receive false messages implying otherwise. Please rectify this situation promptly as per consumer regulations. I reside in Israel and recently purchased several games for my school. The invoice indicates that they were supplied by 5 different vendors. While most suppliers listed prices in shekels and dollars, one only displayed the amount in shekels. To process reimbursement, my school requires an official invoice with all amounts exclusively in shekels, including the total sum. It may appear trivial, but not having this is causing me significant inconvenience. Appreciate any assistance on this matter. Thank you.

I purchased a SanDisk Ultra Dual 32GB USB 3.0 with order number [redacted]-[redacted]. I received the parcel on Sunday, March 17, [redacted], and noticed the SanDisk Ultra Dual pen drive was missing when I opened it on Monday. Despite trying to contact Amazon's customer care, I was unable to connect. I opted for the return due to the missing item and detailed the issue. As a loyal Amazon customer, receiving an empty parcel this time was disappointing. Upon receiving a message that the return was canceled, I am unsure about whether I should involve the courier service or escalate the matter to the consumer court. I have been a Prime member for over 3 years without any problems. About 3 months ago, I started experiencing issues with my service being interrupted due to a payment method problem. Suddenly, without making any changes, my account was updated and working again. The frustrating part is, my Prime membership was paid for almost a week before these incidents occurred. This has happened twice now, and on the 2nd of this month, I was charged the Amazon Prime fee three times on my bank account, yet I am still being told there is a payment issue preventing me from watching movies. This situation is completely unacceptable. I need my money refunded promptly, the problem resolved permanently, or I will escalate this matter to corporate. There is no justification for this inconvenience.

I had arranged with one of your customer service representatives, Mr. Ashok Kumar, to have all deliveries held until March 21st. However, there have been complications with Amazon's delivery process, resulting in delays. Despite Mr. Ashok Kumar’s assurance that my packages would be held and delivered on March 21st, it seems this information was not relayed to Amazon's delivery partners. Subsequently, the drivers attempted delivery, which I was not available to receive due to being in Mumbai. After discussing the situation with the delivery partners and their area manager, they agreed to hold the packages until March 21st. Unfortunately, my explicit instructions were not followed, and my orders were canceled. This has caused significant inconvenience as I will now have to reorder the items. The canceled items include a variety of household products, and I expect all 8 items to be redelivered to me on March 21st, as previously agreed. The lack of communication and delays have created unnecessary difficulties for me. Please rectify this promptly.

My email is [redacted], and I closed my Amazon shop. I keep receiving emails about a problem or a case, but I have already closed my shop and do not owe any money. I only had the shop open for about a week, created one listing, and then deleted it. Now I cannot reach Amazon through the "Contact us" section as it requires signing into my seller account, which I no longer have. Please verify this.

Around three to four years ago, I received a Kindle Fire as a gift. Last night, I got a message stating my Fire wasn't registered and I couldn't access my games. I attempted to re-register my Kindle using my email instead of the gifted person's information. This morning, my daughter used the Fire, and while she could go on Facebook, she couldn't play the games. An error message would appear saying the game wasn't owned, offering more details or cancel options. Clicking on more details redirected to the app store prompting a reinstallation. However, each time she tried, it displayed an error message to contact customer service. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I placed an order for hair bundles from Unice through Amazon Prime on March 15th. Initially, the guaranteed delivery date was Sunday, March 17th. However, I then received an update indicating the shipment was delayed and set to arrive on Monday the 18th. When Monday came, another update stated further delays, extending the delivery timeframe to between the 19th and 20th. Unfortunately, the package has not arrived, and the tracking number provided has never worked. This lack of information about the package's location has been a significant issue for me. This is a departure from my usual positive experiences with Amazon, where deliveries are reliable. Due to these issues, I have requested to cancel the order and seek a full refund. My original expectation was simply to have my item delivered within the guaranteed two-day window. If there is no certainty about the delivery, I would prefer to move forward with the refund process.

On February 27, [redacted], I contacted the Claims office to report damage to my gate caused by an Amazon delivery truck. On March 4th, I emailed Mina Kahallouf photos and a contractor's quote for repairs. She confirmed receiving it and submitted it for payment. After following up on March 11, I was informed that the financial department is handling the payment process. I am eager to have my gate fixed and would like to discuss the timeline for receiving the payment with the financial department. I recently made a purchase from the merchant "Gold Bucket" for a shirt and a sweatshirt, both in Asian size XL based on the size chart provided. Despite familiarizing myself with their sizing and knowing that I typically wear a size M in the USA, which translates to an XL in Asian sizes, I received items labeled as XXL while the packaging and tags indicated XL. After contacting Amazon, they offered a replacement which unfortunately arrived with the same sizing issue. This has become quite frustrating as I now face the hassle of returning multiple items due to incorrect sizing. I am seeking assistance in resolving this matter promptly to exchange the XXL items for the correct XL sizing as indicated on the actual clothing tags. It seems there may be a recurring error in sending out wrong sizes, and I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue.

I recently signed up for a free trial of Amazon Prime Video in Florida, but to my surprise, I was billed $12.99 before the 30-day trial even ended. I was only testing your service as I am already a satisfied Netflix and Hulu user. I tried your trial out of curiosity, not to be charged immediately. Please cancel my subscription and issue a refund. It is unfair to charge for a trial prematurely. I enjoy various internet TV services like Hulu, Netflix, and lifetime movie club, but this experience with Amazon Prime has put me off. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly to avoid further dissatisfaction.

I am reaching out about the geology book our daughter rented for her class last semester, which was returned because of damage. The book arrived with a slice on the outer binding and the front cover partially detached from the book body inside. When it first arrived, it was positioned in the box with other books on top, causing the damage. Although she did not cut any books when unpacking, she noticed the detached cover. She only briefly used the book to look at a map and kept it on the shelf. As she didn't require it for class, she returned it to Amazon in the same condition it was delivered. The book's condition upon arrival was unsuitable by Amazon's standards, so not only should the damage fee be reimbursed but also the original rental cost.
