Placed order (Order* ***-*******-*******) on March *, ****, for a VIZIO SB****-D* **-Inch *.* Channel Sound bar. **The item description states, "Item arrives in packaging that reveals what's inside. To hide it, choose Ship in Amazon packaging at checkout." However, that option was not available at checkout. I contacted customer service and the representative saw the item in my cart and told me to go ahead and place the order. Once I did, she made a note on the order to ship in a standard Amazon shipping box.**It was NOT shipped in an Amazon box. This was a birthday present for my partner and, unfortunately, he arrived home before I did and saw the item in its original packaging.**Why was my request to have the item shipped in an Amazon box ignored? Completely ruined a birthday surprise.
