Good evening, **I hope this email finds you well.**I am a current amazon flex driver working for a third party company that work for amazon in the uk. **I was hoping to get some advice*help for anyone at the amazon flex support, there are two issues I am currently having. **The first issue I am having is that for the past two weeks myself and other drivers have been under the impression that amazon flex are paying at higher rate due to the peak season, however our manager informed us a couple of days ago that as of the **th of December our rates have gone down to the lowest they have ever been due to amazon dropping them. I just wanted to check with someone from support to see if this was correct.**The second issue I have been having is that the company itself is claiming that the mileage I have been covering during the working shifts is next to nothing and refusing to pay any extra. I have signed into the app every single shift and put my mileage in and then put it in again when I have finished, is there anyway you could send over all the mileage I have covered and what areas I have been working as unfortunately I didn’t realise I needed to do this separate to the app. **My account email is *****@***.com**Thank you very much for your time and I look forward to your response.**Kindest Regards**Jonathan McEwan
