Dear Amazon, *On December **, ****, My gift balance account was debited $**.** for a subscription to Amazon Prime (* Month Membership), that was never credited to my account.*Since the * month membership has already been paid, would it be possible to credit this payment to my account? *Also, on a somewhat related matter* there has been a duplicate charge of $**.** to my CitiBank credit card for the past two months, that, along with a payment from my listed payment method bank debit card for a monthly Prime payment. I have disputed both charges and have received credit for those payments. However, since Citi has this payment categorized as a Merchant Generated Recurring Payment, I am unable to resind or delete this entry on my Citi account.
