I have completed this form about four times already, and I trust that you are aware of the ongoing issues. Despite receiving messages from you confirming resolution, I am yet to receive the two phones and two $25 Sephia gift cards I purchased during the Cyber Monday sale, offering 60% off any four items with free shipping. I placed this order that week and none of the items have arrived. I am hoping for delivery before the upcoming Christmas season. The delivery address remains Christopher Konieczki at [redacted] South Serenity Drive, Plainfield, Illinois [redacted]. I am eager for a speedy resolution. Thank you for your prompt attention. You can reach me at 1[redacted] or via email at [redacted]

Dear Customer Service, I am reaching out regarding my Prime subscription cancellation. Despite confirmation from an Amazon representative named Bharath that my Prime Video subscription was cancelled, refunds were processed, and no future charges would occur, my credit card continues to be debited monthly. I have listed the transaction dates and amounts that have been deducted from my Credit Card #5[redacted] 6[redacted]. In addition to the charges, I also request a refund for any international transaction fees. I am frustrated by this ongoing issue as it has led me to incur unnecessary expenses by replacing my credit card. I urge you to promptly address this matter and refund the unauthorized charges. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Sincerely, A R Loughton Cape Town, South Africa

Last night, on December 27th, I placed an order for 5 gift cards to be sent to my son in Rocklin, CA. During the process, I noticed that the shipping address defaulted to my address in Milwaukie, OR. After reaching out to Amazon and speaking with a helpful representative named Idan, the issue seemed to be resolved. However, today, I received an email from Amazon stating that the order still shows the incorrect details. The billing information displays my son's name and address, while the shipping details show my information. Additionally, I am uncertain if the correct expiration date, January [redacted], was captured for my MasterCard. Previously, the expiration date was set for January [redacted], which is approaching quickly.

I was recently charged $34.52 by Amazon for Prime Video and membership fees that I did not purchase. After disputing the charges and only receiving a partial refund of $7.75, I am still owed $26.77. I am hoping to receive the remaining balance soon. Details of the charges are as follows: $9.71 for Prime Video, $14.03 for Prime Membership, and $5.39 twice for Prime Video. I appreciate Veejay's assistance in canceling these subscriptions and providing full refunds. Thank you.

I'm currently on vacation in Mexico and have encountered an issue with my Amazon account. It seems that my account password has been changed, and when I attempt to log in using my email address, Amazon does not recognize it. I recently received an email confirming that the email address tied to my account has been altered from [redacted] to [redacted] The email instructs me to visit my Amazon account to manage orders, update subscriptions, and address any issues. It states that order information can only be disclosed to the individual whose name and email are linked to the account. Thank you for your assistance.

I recently received a letter from Amazon.ca regarding my Prime Video usage. When I followed the link provided, I was only presented with options to sign up for Prime or start a 30-day trial. As I believed Prime Video was already included with my current membership, I chose the trial. However, I have now been informed via email that I have a trial for Amazon Prime US, whereas I only require the Canadian version. Could you clarify if I can access Prime Video without enrolling in US Prime and if any charges will apply after the trial ends? Additionally, it would be helpful if the options were more transparent. Thank you, E.

I bought an iPhone 6 marked as "NEW" for my friend in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, with Order Number [redacted]-[redacted] on November 12, [redacted], through Kanga Supply for $[redacted]. Unfortunately, the phone did not work upon receipt. My friend contacted Kanga, and after attempting to fix the issue, they advised returning it. Despite my friend thinking it was a new phone, Kanga mentioned they tested the refurbished phones. He followed their return instructions, sending the phone back on November 30, delivered on December 3. I have yet to receive a refund on my Amazon credit card. I received an email from Amazon representative Lalitha on December 23, asking for patience until the 28th. Today is the 28th, and I have not heard back from Kanga regarding the refund.

I received an email stating that my account's email was changed from [redacted] to [redacted] at 8:17 pm CST. This change was not authorized, and I do not know who made it. When I contacted customer service, they asked for the date my Amazon account was opened and details of my last three purchases. I am unsure about both of these. Upon searching through my emails, I believe my Amazon account was created around July [redacted]. My purchases include cardamom pods and hibiscus flowers in [redacted], and possibly car cabin air filters in December [redacted]. I am unsure how to proceed to remove the unauthorized email from my account. I am considering closing my account, but I am unable to do so without answers to these security questions. This situation is very frustrating.

I am experiencing ongoing issues with Amazon after reporting a problem regarding a missing air mattress and filing a police report. Although I received Amazon promo credit for the inconvenience, I encountered more problems. I made purchases using the credit, but when I canceled due to delayed delivery, the promo credit was not refunded. Additionally, I received a package with spilled Mr. Clean inside, ruining my candies. Despite lodging complaints, I only received a refund of $1.06 instead of the promo credit. Customer service has been unhelpful, claiming nothing can be done. I am still waiting for Christmas gifts ordered in November. Being a Prime member and submitting proof of low income hasn't resolved the issues. I have even tried contacting Amazon's president to no avail. This situation has been distressing, and I am considering seeking help from an advocate if the problems persist. Copies of chats show rude representatives, discrepancies in purchases, and unfulfilled promises of credits. I am frustrated as a paying customer and request urgent resolution to this matter.

I have not received my parcel even though Hermes tracking shows it has been delivered. It was a big box of Epsom Salts. I have checked with the local Hermes delivery people, and they claim it is not in their records; they have marked it as 'missing.' Additionally, I am unable to contact the seller through my account, which is frustrating. This issue should not occur when using your services, especially since I have had no problems with my previous orders. Please track my order or send a replacement urgently. It took me a long time to locate your contact information. Hermes tracking number: [redacted][redacted] Amazon order number: ORDER # [redacted]-[redacted] I would appreciate a prompt update. Furthermore, why is it so challenging to reach you when problems arise? This is unacceptable! Please address my concerns directly without redirecting me elsewhere.

I have recently discovered that Amazon has taken $[redacted] from me without my knowledge. On May 22, [redacted], I was charged $9.99 monthly, which went unnoticed due to my regular purchases from Kobo and other websites. I did not knowingly sign up for any Amazon subscription that would incur such a cost. After speaking with a representative named Michael, he agreed to refund only one month of charges, which I find unacceptable. When I requested to speak with a superior, Michael claimed he was the highest point of contact. I am 77 years old and feel completely taken advantage of by Amazon, as I did not authorize this recurring fee. Michael insinuated that I consented to this subscription, which I find extremely misleading, as all I did was download the Kindle app. I demand proof of my supposed consent to this fee. This experience has left me feeling deceived and disappointed in how Amazon could exploit customers, especially someone on a fixed income like myself. I can only wonder how many others are unknowingly being charged in a similar manner.

I placed an order on Amazon Prime during Cyber Monday. I had $[redacted] in my account. I ordered two unlocked cell phones and two Sephia cards as there was a 60% off deal for buying four items with free shipping. Despite my $[redacted] payment from my Amazon Prime account, I am yet to receive my order. Amazon Prime has not acknowledged my issue or shipped my items.

I placed an order for a trailer hitch that was due to arrive on Friday. When it didn't seem like it was coming on time, I rescheduled my installation appointment for Saturday as I had plans to travel with my trailer on Monday. After contacting customer service last night, I was reassured that the hitch would be delivered today. To my dismay, I checked my email today only to find out that it's now scheduled for Sunday delivery. Given the premium I pay for Amazon Prime's faster shipping, this delay is unacceptable. I've had issues in the past with packages being held before Prime days, but it has improved since then. However, crucial times like this where I urgently need the item, the service falls short. I'm now in a predicament with an appointment scheduled and no hitch for installation.

During my holiday break, I was charged for the upcoming year of Amazon Prime without my permission. Even though I have had this for 2 or 3 years, I never utilized it for movies and only bought Kindle e-books. This unexpected charge led to a $30 fee on my Austin Bank account. The transaction was processed on 12/22, labeled as WA[redacted]15 with reference to purchase #xx8708. I will contact the bank to dispute this charge as I currently lack the funds. I recall requesting to not auto-renew annually. Not being notified in advance has made me reconsider using Prime in the future as I solely depend on my Social Security income. I would appreciate it if the charge could be refunded to my account. Best regards, Carolyn S.

Hello, I made a purchase on Amazon on December 26, [redacted]. I bought two items: a Nulaxy KM25 transmitter and a Kingston digital 16 GB USB memory stick. When checking out, I signed up for a free trial of Amazon Prime. I input my credit card details to complete the purchase. The delivery was scheduled for yesterday, December 26, [redacted], to a Locker at Safeway in San Rafael, CA. However, I haven't received any confirmation or the Locker code. I only spent about $23, but I'm worried about my credit card information. I haven't received my items or any proof of the transaction. Can you help? Thank you. - Jan K.

I had the following chat transcript: Hello, I am providing a copy of the chat where I requested a partial refund for a reduced price on an order. The Amazon representative offered a $10 promo gift card as a resolution, which I accepted. However, I have not received the gift card yet. Just wondering what might be causing the delay. Thank you.

Hello, I have been an Amazon account owner for many years and have used it for various services without issue. However, a few months back, I had to purchase a Dell laptop cord using my mother's credit card. Unfortunately, her card was later compromised, and she mistakenly flagged the Amazon purchase as fraudulent. As a result, my account is now locked. I am willing to clear the outstanding amount owed to resolve this matter and request assistance in unlocking my account. Kindly advise on the necessary steps to rectify this situation. Thank you, Brianna Z.

I made a purchase from you on Thursday, January 27, and it was supposed to arrive by Saturday, January 29, as it was listed as Prime. However, when I checked the next day, the delivery date had been pushed to Sunday, January 30. Today, on January 30, I saw that the order was marked as delivered at 9:15 in the morning by the post office, even though it's a Sunday when they don't deliver. I haven't received the item, and now it won't arrive until Monday, January 31, around 3 PM, just before a New Year's Eve party. I have Amazon Prime for fast delivery, but now it will take 4 days. The pants I ordered might need alterations, and if it had arrived today as stated, I would have had time to hem them. Unfortunately, it will only arrive hours before I have to leave for the party at 5:30 PM. I am frustrated with this situation as I rely on the service I am paying for, yet it's not meeting my expectations.

I recently purchased a Fire tablet and have been trying to download books onto it, mostly free or low-cost ones. However, whenever I attempt to download multiple books in one go, Bank of America flags it as potential fraud and blocks the payment. Even after contacting them multiple times and clarifying that Kindle book purchases are legitimate, they continue to block the transactions. This situation has occurred three times now, and even though BOA has unblocked my card, there are now several purchases suspended that need to be either reprocessed with the same card or cancelled so I can reorder the items without interference. Amazon should either unblock the card ending in [redacted] and process the rejected purchases, or remove the items from my order list to allow me to repurchase them without BOA's involvement. I hope this clarifies the issue I am facing.
