Hello,**I have been an Amazon account owner for many years. I have used it for AWS services as well as ordering and buying items and have always followed the terms of service faithfully. Several months ago I had to buy a Dell laptop cord for my laptop and used my mother's credit card, with her permission. Soon after her identity was stolen and several charges were made on her credit card that she did not make, and she erroneously marked this Amazon purchase as one of them. My account is now locked because of this error and I have been at a loss for how to fix it because her bank will not apply any changes after so many days. I would be happy to pay the amount owed to correct this error. I would very much like my account unlocked again. Please tell me what I need to do to make this happen!**Thank you,**Brianna Zimmermann
