I purchased an iPhone * Order Number ***-*******-******* as a gift for my friend in Coeur d Alene, Idaho. I selected a phone marked “NEW” because I did not want a refurbished phone. Cost was $*** and order was placed on November **, ****.*My friend received the phone and it did not work. He called the company, Kanga Supply, and spoke with them about how to make the phone work. The company representative said they checked the hardware to insure the refurbished phone worked properly but could not resolve the problem* the problem might have been software as opposed to hardware. My friend did not know we purchase was for a new phone. After many attempts to make the phone function, he gave up and called the Kanga to return it. They told him to send the phone back to them and they will fund to my Amazon credit card. My friend, who is ** years old, unaware of the proper way to return a phone to Amazon, sent the phone back to the Kanga directly in accordance with their instructions. The accompanying documents support the fact the phone was sent and received by Kanga. The phone was sent to Kanga on November ** and delivered on December *, ****. However, I have not got refund. Amazon agent Lalitha sent me an email on Dec. **, asking me give the company a few days to reply, wait till **th. Today is **th, I heard nothing from the company.
