hello, my i dont have access to my account as it got blocked when i tried to purchase gift card and when my card should have been charged,my account got blocked instead.also i had the same problem in the past so i used another card to buy gift card and it worked,but when i tried old card my acc got blocked.i talked with amazon call service and they said it cant be helped cause in phone nubmer adress i have skype name(i live in georgia and usa*georgia gave me this number when it gave me adress in USA)so my main problem isnt getting my account back,i have **$ on amazon gift card balance,and i cant use it cause i dont have access to my account and i want to know if you can transfer this money back to my card,or give me access back to my account so i could use this money.im looking forward to your answer.
