I tried the option “Forgot your password?”. The reply by email is giving me is either: “Thanks for visiting Amazon.com! Per your request, we have successfully changed your password.”, but not mentioning the new password. The other reply is: Password assistance. To verify your identity, please use the following code:… But, at sign-in, there is no option for such code. *Could you please help me with this problem?
