Hi,*my name is Mauro Scuderi and this is how i was robbed by Amazon.de*I am Italian and i am living in Munich* i share a flat with a Woman.*I recently started to buy on Amazon.de and since there is just her name on the doorbell i always write my name and c*o *** YYY*to make sure that if i am not at home she will collect the parcel*In my recent orders the neighboorhood signed for me and i could see their name on the website and a paper was left to let me know*who collected the order for me.*On the **th of November i*ve ordered a Smartphone**I paid ***,** for a Xiaomi Mi Mix *s sold and dispatched by Amazon Logistics*Tracking ID A*S**********ORDER * ***-*******-*********On the *st of December the Status of the delivery turned into ***The Parcel was handed to resident** on the *st December at **:** AM*Neither me or the woman i*m sharing the flat with received this item since we were not at home*I was wondering if some neighboor signed for me and handled the item but unfortunately this did not happen.*The description of the order is not clear at all since says: handed to RESIDENT.*I*ve asked to the neighboors and nobody know anything about that*On the *nd of December i first contacted Amazon Logistic via Chat:*The first Agent told me that actually there was a mistake on the Parcel and the item was still on the way and in a couple of days*it would have been delivered. *On the *rd of December i tried to contact again the chat service to make sure that item was actually on the way*since the status of the item was still not correct on my profile*The second Agent replied me that the item was correctly delivered to resident (or neighboor, he could not really tell who *received it)* he said i would have been redirected to a specialist (an Automatic Template) sent from Mr Lambrev (and also from Miss Stefanova later on)*which said that they could not help me further and i was free to go to the Police in order to make a formal complaint and official report, *since i cannot prove that i do not have the item i*ve paid for and they are ***% sure that the item was delivered accordingly and at the correct address. *The same day i contacted Amazon.de via phone and they told me that they could not help further and i was really disappointed*THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I*VE NEVER SIGNED THE PARCEL.*How can they ascertain that this item was delivered to the right person?*I just want to see my signature on the bill. I think this is not a big deal for such a big company*I would like just to get a prove of who signed in my place, who picked up the item and establish if the mistake was from the beginning due*to an Amazon fail (like the first agent told me and ensure me to receive the item a couple of days later) or just a postman mistake.*How can a Customer be satisfied with this Service?*I just want to let you know that i will do all my best to assert all my right as a Customer.*I will be glad to have a Feedback from Amazon as soon as possible.*I hope to hear some good news from you. *Regards*Mauro Scuderi
