My name is Dan Phillips and I have been an Amazon customer for over ** years with accounts in the US and Canada. I’ve been a Prime member since it was available in Canada.**Last week I placed an order (ORDER * ***-*******-*******) and choose to have it shipped to me on Friday, November **th. It seems that because of the Canada Post strike and*or the holiday season, a third party called, Intelcom Express has not been able to get me the package for three (*!) days now.**I have all packages delivered by my office. My company is in a large office park with thousands of workers who all order from Amazon and have their packages sent here.**If I can trust the tracking info, Intelcom has tried to only deliver the package after general business hours. Each day I have spoken to CSRs in Live Chat and they’ve express that the issue has been “escalated” and that my package will be delivered during business hours. While the CSRs have been helpful, I know they are limited in their power. While they may be sending messages to Intelcom, I don’t think they are listening.**I keep getting emails saying that my order INTLCMA********* is out for delivery by nothing ever comes. Yesterday’s tracking info doesn’t even show a delivery attempt.**I’m attaching screenshots of the delivery history but I’m sure you can also see this info. You’ll notice that they say they attempted deliver on Friday at *:**, but clam that my business (which employs approx.. **** people) was closed. I assure you, we were not. They also record coming again after *pm when yes, we were closed.**They tried again on Saturday and yeah, we were closed then. Since then I’ve seen no attempts at delivery or any attempt of them contacting me. At this point I do NOT want to chase after them. I ordered from, and paid, Amazon so I feel you should handle this.**The gift I’ve order is for my granddaughter and my family will be quite upset if we have to cancel this order.**It seems rather silly that a company, whose primary job is to deliver packages, can’t while Canada Post, UPS, FedEX, etc. have no issues.**I’m hoping you can help me find a solution to this. Not only this order but I’m now hesitant on any future orders I may make with Amazon, as well my Prime renewal which is coming up.**Regards,**Dan Phillips****-***-****
