on November *, ****, I purchased a Fire * Kids Edition, a Kids zipper seleve, a screen protector, and Kids Volume Limiting Headphones. On November *, **** I sent the Fire * to Amazon.com Service INC., *** Terry Ave, North Seattle, WA *****-**** for warrenty . The Fire * along with a letter explaining that it would no longer charge or come on at all. I also sent our return address in that letter for the * year no questions ask warrenty. Because UPS does not require a return address ,the service department sent the Fire * back to the package and shipping store I mailed it from. I paid **.** dollares to ship it and because you sent it back to that packing store, they charged me another **.** to pick it up. I need this replaced. So will you please send me a pickup label? I did not know that you would send a pickup label so I shipped it myself. Will you please tell me what the correct procedure is. **Thank you*Steve Mullinax
