The issue in GetHuman-erintdre's own words
Find my guaranteed package with dog food ... On November **th I ordered a ** lb bag of dog food. On the Amazon site it said it was “guaranteed” delivery by today ********. All day long the APP said the dog food was going to be delivered by *pm today. At *pm the APP reflected that the dog food was out for delivery then it reflected it had been delivered, on the APP. However there was no dog food on our doorstep as there hasbeen for the last year of ordering with amazon. I called customer service and reached a person in another country whose English was terrible. She offered to get a usps person on the phone. She got a rep on the phone and that person was also difficult to understand. Neither could tell me why the APP reflected ‘Delivered’ but the items purchased weren’t delivered. I could have gone to the local dog food store in time to get food but then the store closed while I was on the phone with amazon and usps reps. The usps person said that it wasn’t delivered bc the usps has two cities listed for my zip code. All the rest of my mail goes by my zip code not the city name. Additionally amazon has been delivering to my address for several years now. Then the usps person said the box was too heavy *** to be delivered! The dog food is *** so Amazon over packed the box! And amazon’s carrier wouldn’t deliver the box?.. the the usps person said they needed to ‘reschedule’ the delivery. I said since when do I need to reschedule a delivery that wasn’t attempted. You see my husband saw the postal person at *pm today and he gave one amazon package to him NOT THE DOG FOOD THOUGH! After the frustration of trying to communicate with * people with foreign accents, I asked that I be allowed to speak with a rep in the US. Michele then answered and again took no responsibility for a guaranteed package not being delivered, nor for your app saying it was delivered when it wasn’t. She said your package isn’t due for delivery til Monday.i said not according to your website. Because I wouldn’t have ordered the dog food if The app had said Monday, Michelle got a usps rep on the phone and allowed the usps to be disrespectful to me by allowing her to repeatedly call me by my first name respeatedly to get my attention rather than listen to me it was as if she was scolding me because she was trying to help me. No one heard me! The amazon app said my dog food was delivered, I could have then gone to the store for food. Instead the app said available for delivery can be picked up today. This has never been the case. The amazon rep Michelle allowed the usps person to not hear me and then to be disrespectful to me. Michelle the amazon person then did the same thing by saying ‘Mam Mam’ I’m trying to get the package ‘redelivered, I said how can a package be redelivered if not delivered in The first place,*Now tomorrow I have to locally buy dog food because I’m not sure if and when my *** package of dog food will be delivered. The dog food is $** now I have to buy another $** bag of food tomorrow. And I’m still unsure I’ll even get the food. It’s amazons fault for packaging a *** bag of dog food with ** more pounds of items I bought if indeed that’s too heavy for a mail person to deliver. I do not want your dog food nor whatever else of my order you packed with iwt. (Bought pads for my elderly dogs that says it was delivered too on the amazon app. *If you’d like to keep my business check how much I order with you, then I would like to talk to a manager in the US. I’ve been ordering through amazon for the past ** years. I buy quite a few things each month.
Yes I’ve spoken to * reps one with amazon and the other with usps, hard to understand with their heavy accents. I then asked for a person in the US, her name is Michelle she got a usps person on the phone. Neither would accept responsibility nor would Michelle with amazon accept that the app said delivered when it wasn’t. Usps person and Michelle rude. They both Need to remember who pays their salary
