Yesterday, I received my Visa statement account (attached) and I noticed that there is an amount of $**.** that has been taken from Amazon.ca Prime Member amazon.ca*priBC.**I never received any e-mail from you to renew my membership and I wasn’t a Prime member of yours as you can see below. I have been buying from you only once or twice, so I don’t see the need to have that membership.**I would appreciate being reimbursed for that amount as soon as possible. Please don’t hesitate to contact me.**Thank you.
