Help with my Amazon issue

i was trying to make order using gift card i redeemed into my account ... i created an amazon account load it up with amazon gift card so i could make puchases but was shocked after placing order and getting order number i was locked out of my amazon account for to verify the billing address as it is on the debt or credit card used in making the purchase. i did not filling in any billing address when i a created the account all i wanted was to make purchases using the gift card i have got and no billing address was required from me. all i did was redeemed the gift card and use it to make purchases. * they still want me to fax some information which I did but I keep getting same response like a bot message. And also they want me to send the receipt of the Gift Card i used to place the order. I did all of this even though it is very difficult to send fax from my country, i still went out of my way to have the the gift card receipt fax to amazon.com. I found all the information they want . ... I got locked out of my Amazon account, I was asked to send a copy of the receipts of the Gift Card used to make an order. I did and I was asked to fax some information. I did that but still getting same bot messages .*The most annoying part is they keep sending same messages over and over again. I sent all what they wanted. I wasted $* on every fax they want and they keep saying they see no fax. I've sent couple of faxes. *I want them to UNLOCK my account so i could make the order with my Gift Card balance.*This is my first time to use Amazon and it's totally annoying and frustrating*Yeah. I've tried to call. Email, sent faxes and also a live chat but same response over and over again
they don't realize in my account i did not fill in any billing address as i'm only making purchases using gift card and not my debt or credit card..
they should try to look through customers account to know if any billing address was filled in when creating the account or not before asking a new customer who know little or nothing to provide that as means of verification..
i'm a new customer and first time , all i expected from amazon.com was a smooth and successful purchases and delivery of the items i place order for
yes i sent faxes and called customer help line almost everyday which is very expensive to call from my country
