If you are having issues with your Ebay order that was already placed click https://resolutioncenter.ebay.com/il/en-us/. From there, you should be able to report the issue to Ebay using their forms.

I was sent the wrong version of my order. I ordered CF***, the newest version, but apparently, was delivered the old version of CF***. I was expecting Ninja Coffee Bar Auto-iQ Programmable Coffee Maker with * Brew Sizes, * Brew Options, Milk Frother, Removable Water Reservoir and Glass Carafe (CF***). The one I ordered has the clock and digital scheduling features on the bottom. The one I received says it is CF*** CF*? Clearly, this is a different*older version. Please let me know what to do. I can return this one but would like what I ordered. Please feel free to contact me at ***-***-**** for more information. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
