The issue in GetHuman-thesetts's own words
I was charged for the same item twice...different prices and returned the item. The $**.** was not resolved. ... I returned a product that was not what I thought I was ordering...I was charged $**.** and only $**.** was returned. I thought I was ordering * for $*.** each...the value of the entire order is about $**.** at home depot. I think I was ripped off for over $**!!!!
The company sent me with a "gift order" which I did not have a gift order...I returned the order thinking it was the one I was charged $**.**...the company is trying to pull a scam. I did not receive two orders.
I want my credit card to be credited the correct amount
I have NEVER had any problem with Amazon until this situation
I talked to a human at customer service today...I am waiting resolution.
