Download my books I have already paid for. ... I can not download my purchased books. I am going to cancel Prime because this does not work. I expect to get my books. I started using a fire gen *. Did all the updates. Not downloading my books I paid for. Just tells me to contact customer service. Which I can't do because this is a maze. I cannot get the help I need on here. Why keep Prime when Amazon does not care no helps when you have a problem.
