I am resending this message as I believe you may need my name and address for Prime orders: Barbara Rolph, **** Leslie Drive, Merritt Island, FL *****. ***PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS THE *TH CONTACT I HAVE INITIATED WITH AMAZON WITH NO RESOLUTION!!! In phone calls, the representatives have been very sensitive but they cannot resolve the issue. I have been told on several occasions that I will receive a response, some within * - ** days and another within * days. No response.**Here is my issue:**I have been a Prime member for years, ordering ***'s of products and taking the time to review whenever possible. A few weeks ago I wanted to catch up on products that I had not reviewed yet (I usually complete in a more timely fashion), so I tried to review any*all of the products that I have received that are not repetitious of others I have made last week. ON EVERY PRODUCT, I got a message that somehow I have not adhered to the guidelines re: acceptable reviews. With virtually no exceptions (out of ***'s of reviews, NO MORE THAN ABOUT *, AND NONE RECENTLY) my honest reviews have been *-* stars. On those miniscule number of occasions when I could not honestly rate positively, my comments were respectful and adhered to guidelines. My recommendations have been posted and deemed helpful to many, so I do not understand why this is happening. **On one occasion probably more than * years ago I posted one review on a book that was deemed inappropriate. I cannot recollect what the issue was, but suffice it to say there was no unacceptable language*obscenities as I never use such language. I can also assure Amazon that I was respectful.**I communicated this concern to Amazon recently when I discovered the problem and was told I would receive a response in about a week. No email response to date, so I tried again to post reviews to no avail--same problem. Iris was very helpful, however, as was the case last week I was told that the issue would be elevated so that more information could be provided. **This is the first time I have ever had a problem with Amazon and I hope that it can be corrected as I want to remain a loyal customer. MANY OF MY HUNDREDS*MAYBE UP TO A THOUSAND PURCHASE DECISIONS ARE BASED IN LARGE PART ON THE REVIEWS OF PRODUCTS I PURCHASE!!!! I WANT TO CONTINUE TO PROVIDE THESE REVIEWS TO DO MY PART IN HELPING OTHERS. **Thank you in advance for correcting this problem. Suffice it to say that I am extremely disappointed, no upset and perhaps angry that this has not been resolved.
