The issue in GetHuman-exoticbi's own words
I purchased an item july **th. order* ***-*******-*******. This item was through Amazon Prime which I have an account. It stated * day shipping, which I needed it to be it was for my brothers rv which we needed to install by **** because they left this morning. I just received the item. This is not the *st. time we ordered something prime that I didn't receive in the * days as advertised. With the cost of prime accounts recent increase over **% higher this is unacceptable. Items should not state * days if you can't meet your commitments on shipping. Again as i mentioned this was not the first time , but it is the first time I an complaining about it, we needed this by the delivery date stated.

GetHuman-exoticbi did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.
