Just a simple, straight-forward password change ... I have tried to change my password ** times on different days, nights, weekends. When I make an attempt to change my password this is what happens.*It says it accepted my password change and to enter it now to sign in. I enter it, and It says "wrong password". I start over, and try again. Each time the result is the same. So I think its possible I'm doing something incorrectly. To verify this. I ask my daughter to try. She gets the same result as myself**I'm paying for prime, but and I cant use it.
I've been trying for two weeks. I've emailed four or five times. They have not responded yet.
Fix the password problem by calling me, i'm calm. Would be happy to speak with someone and get the problem resolved

They say its fixed but its not fixed on my end. I still cannot get into my account. It says wrong password still
