Order Number: [redacted]-[redacted] I purchased this item, but it started malfunctioning about two months after I bought it. I returned it to the company for warranty repairs, but I haven't received any response yet. I had to spend $40 on return shipping. The company only communicates via email, with long response times. Despite exchanging over 30 emails with them, I am still without my item or a refund for the return shipping. It is frustrating for me as a loyal Amazon customer. I am disappointed that there is no direct phone number to contact the company. I am considering closing my Amazon account due to this experience. The company claims to have repaired the item, but it has been almost a week since their last email. They are unresponsive to my inquiries. I feel let down by the lack of customer service. Thank you for your support. - J. G.

I received two items that I ordered on 6/26/18. On 6/29/18, my husband decided he no longer needed them, so I returned both items to Amazon on 6/30/18 as instructed by a Live Chat rep. I shipped them back via USPS in the same envelope for a refund on my Amazon account. One item has been received and a refund is pending, but the other item, the X-PRO Left Switch Assembly, hasn't shown as received or mentioned a refund. Both parts were mailed together in the same package. My order number is [redacted]-[redacted]. Could you please investigate why the X-PRO item hasn't been processed for a refund like the Ketofa Ignition Key Set? Thank you, Robin A.

Hello, I appreciate your usual awesome service, but this time there was a significant error that impacted a child's birthday celebration. The order number is [redacted]-[redacted] and I am missing the following items: 1 "No Radio" and 2 boxes of my BB's [redacted] buy one get one free deal, totaling 4 missing boxes with [redacted] BB's each. The website marks the items as delivered, but they are nowhere to be found and there was no backorder notification. I am unable to locate Amazon's customer service number, so please contact me on my cell phone at [redacted] ([redacted]) after 12 pm EST tomorrow, July 11. Additionally, the missing items match the ones listed as delivered on the website. I just want to receive the missing products, including the Radio and the 4 boxes of BB's, and it would be greatly appreciated if you could compensate with a Sling Shot for the inconvenience caused, as it was intended as a birthday gift. This gesture would truly make our day. Thank you, and please call me if you need further information. Have a blessed day.

I previously asked to cancel my Amazon Prime and Audible.com subscriptions. After canceling the credit card used for payment, I noticed charges on a different card. Please stop charging for these services and cancel all Amazon services in my name. Thank you! - T. Gerhardt

I am patiently waiting for the delivery of my CS600 Mobile phone from SEUR. Despite providing the correct delivery address, SEUR has failed to deliver the package as promised on two separate occasions. They first mentioned needing more information, then later claimed the parcel was damaged and had to be returned with a refund issued. Similar issues occurred with an Amazon package sent by my son for Father's Day. I believe SEUR may be struggling with rural deliveries, although our road has been established for 15 years and is visible on Google Maps. It is disappointing that a company in the delivery business is having difficulty locating our address with modern technology. Any advice or assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I purchased this item for my daughter and arranged for it to be delivered to an Amazon Locker in Seattle. I received a message stating that the package couldn't be delivered because the locker was full. There is a spelling error on the Amazon lockbox notification. I chose the locker for reliable delivery, but now I'm disappointed. The locker is supposedly located in a Safeway store. Was the box actually full? Please address this issue promptly. Thank you. I ordered two items that never arrived, despite contacting Amazon multiple times. Though promised a full refund upon delivery, I only got the refund without receiving the items. After being offered a month of Prime membership, the items were said to be rescheduled for July 12, but they never arrived. I was notified that the items were lost or damaged and would have to be reordered at the original cost. I feel Amazon has not provided the assistance promised, and I am seeking a credit to replace the lost items promptly.

I received an email (attached) about a "shopping bonus" and clicked the link to order a tactical flashlight thinking the bonus would cover the cost except for shipping. My credit card was charged $4.95 for shipping and later $49.99 for the flashlight. I did get the Tachlight [redacted] before being charged. I am confused why I was charged if it was a "shopping bonus" from Amazon. I suspect a scam but can't prove it. I informed Amazon of my concerns. I can't find the company to return the flashlight to. The credit card bill shows SPGADGETS UNLIMITED.COM charged for both shipping and the light. Could you please help me understand why I was charged for the light? Thank you for your assistance. - Bob ATTACHMENT: From: Amazon Store Card <[redacted]> Subject: Important: Your Amazon Gift Box #[redacted] is Waiting, Dated June 24 Date: June 21, [redacted] at 8:34 PM To: <[redacted]> Dear Amazon Shopper, Re: Your $[redacted] Amazon-Store Card Shopping Bonus We noticed you haven't claimed your $[redacted] Amazon shopping bonus yet. I have been struggling for years to access purchased ebooks using my Kindle device. Despite having proof of all purchases through my credit card statements, I cannot remember the necessary details from eight years ago. With my Kindle now broken and unable to retrieve passwords, I am determined to regain access to the hundreds of books I have paid for. The issue stems from my Kindle not charging, leading to much frustration. Additionally, I faced a problem with Amazon when my device failed, and they claimed it was due to a faulty power cord, which was not even included with the unit. I believe Amazon should have replaced the device. Despite these hurdles, I am disappointed that the prices for ebooks and physical books were often the same, and in some cases, ebooks did not even come with a physical copy. I am eager to find a solution and regain access to my purchased ebooks, and I am seeking guidance on how to proceed and what proof is necessary.

I am seeking clarification regarding the $38.69 charge on my credit card. Your email on July 5th mentioned not receiving the return of a generic GE MWF Refrigerator Water Filter that you mistakenly sent instead of the original one. However, I did return it by mailing it with your label and received a confirmation from you stating, "received your return," along with a picture of the filter. Therefore, there seems to be an error in stating that the item was not returned. I did return it because the generic filter you sent me did not fit my refrigerator. Please review my account and correct this oversight. Kindly update me on the status of this matter. Judith K. You posted this: "Return received We’ve received your return. We will process your refund in 2-3 days." Product: General Electric MWF Refrigerator Water Filter Sold by: Amazon.com Services, Inc. Price: $35.00 Reorder.

The email address I used to register my account has been merged with another company without warning, and now I cannot access my mail. Additionally, I recently updated my phone and cleared my browser history and cookies, resulting in me being unable to log in to change my email to a working one. I need access to the verification email that I cannot currently receive due to this issue. While I can verify my identity using my card number, accessing this email is crucial for me to proceed. I discovered this problem while trying to purchase books and now I'm concerned about my previous purchases. I must resolve this matter as creating a new account is not an option. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Laszlo Nagy.

I am struggling with address verification on my Amazon account. I provided accurate information, but Amazon keeps sending messages requesting additional details to confirm my billing information for my Visa card. The message insists on contacting the card issuer for further verification, including the billing name and address registered to the card, as well as the last two digits of the payment card. This situation is preventing me from accessing my account, Prime benefits, and placing orders. How should I proceed with this address verification issue?

I would like to speak with a head supervisor regarding an issue with a $1,[redacted] gift card I supposedly won from Amazon. I successfully answered multiple choice questions and was congratulated on winning the gift card for online shopping. However, despite sending three pictures as proof and not hearing back in almost two weeks, I am concerned about not receiving my prize. I had even excitedly shared the news with my wife by showing her the pictures. When I tried to input my address to claim my gift card, the Amazon giveaway site disappeared. I selected the gift card among other prizes like an iPhone and iPad. I am unsure of what steps to take next or if Amazon will honor my win.

However, I am having trouble accessing my email associated with the account due to changes on my computer made by someone staying with me. I need to involve my server to correct the issue so I can retrieve important order information. I will re-establish my account and complete the order once the email access is restored. Your prompt response is appreciated since I need to check my credit/debit card balance. I have noticed unauthorized charges from Amazon on my bank statement. Despite not having made any purchases from Amazon in recent years, I checked my account on the website and couldn't identify the nature of these charges. I have not subscribed to any services or products from Amazon recently. Here are the disputed charges: - June 11, [redacted]: €9.62 - Amazon Prime - May 11, [redacted]: €9.65 - Amazon Prime - April 16, [redacted]: €9.76 - Amazon Prime I have never enrolled in Amazon Prime and have never utilized its services. These charges feel like a violation of my account. I demand an immediate full refund of these transactions. I also request to be removed from any lists associated with these unauthorized charges and seek clarification on how my bank account has been accessed. Such actions amount to theft or fraud, and I await your response. Thank you, Andrew

I have recently noticed unauthorized charges on my bank statement from Amazon. Despite logging into the website to investigate, I am still unclear about the nature of these charges. I have not solicited any services or products from Amazon in the past few years. The transactions in dispute are as follows: *** June **** POS AMAZON PRIME - €*.**, *** May **** POS AMAZON PRIME - €*.**, *** April **** POS AMAZON PRIME - €*.**. I have never subscribed to Amazon Prime or used the service. These charges appear to be unauthorized deductions from my account. I am requesting a prompt and full refund for these transactions. Furthermore, please remove me from any lists and clarify how my bank account information was accessed. This situation feels like theft or fraudulent activity. I anticipate a swift response. Sincerely, A.

Subject: Replacement Needed for Defective DVD I recently purchased the "POWER Season 3" three-disc set (order # [redacted]-[redacted]) from Goodbag on Amazon. Unfortunately, two of the discs are not working. Only one disc (Disc #2) played successfully, while the other two are showing an error message on my DVD player. I discovered this issue last week as I was starting to watch the series. As a loyal Prime member who regularly purchases items from Amazon, I kindly request a replacement for the defective DVD. I also had a similar experience with the movie "Rock of Ages" purchased from Amazon in [redacted], which had playback issues as well. Although I did not request a replacement for that purchase, I now realize the importance of addressing faulty items promptly. I enjoy ordering movies from Amazon frequently and would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter quickly. It is frustrating to receive defective products, and I hope Amazon can accommodate my request for a replacement DVD despite the return date policy. Thank you for your prompt attention to this issue. Sincerely, Roseann B. [redacted] East 10th Street, Apt. 1 Brooklyn, NY [redacted]

Hello, I am reviewing my "Manage Your Prime Membership" page on Amazon and noticed that I am being charged $12.99 per month for our Prime membership. We originally ordered Prime back in May for a year and were charged $[redacted] instead of the expected $99. I have a chat transcript from May 24th where an agent mentioned issuing a $20 promo to our account. However, we were still charged the full amount for an annual membership with no mention of any issue at that time. Could you please credit any monthly charges and apply the $20 credit as promised? If there is an issue, please let me know. Thank you, Shanna Metzger
