This morning i noticed a charge to my new debit card for $**.**. It was for amazon prime on my amazon account. I just recently added that card to that account. My amazon prime was suppose to have cancelled on June **nd when i didnt pay to renew it. Well i contacted amazon customer service twice about this. The first time, they didnt see the charge. The second time, i sent a screenshot to amazon customer service. Amazon customer service was trying to tell me that i was charged on June **nd but my NEW debit card has confirmed otherwise. I did NOT renew my amazon prime. I had a free trial that was suppose to expire June **nd and it didnt. Instead, it continued and it charged my NEW debit card that i used on my account. I honestly dont think this is right. I would really like a full refund to my debit card that was charged without authorization.

GetHuman860845 did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.
