We are unable to access Prime Time Video. This problem began with Goliath. Watched the first episode without a problem. When attempted to access second episode it would not download. *Called you help line and in attempting to correct the issue following instructions we are now locked out of Prime Time Video. Several attempts to do so. Entered code given to me on my computer with message "corrected". Entered the code given on the TV and nothing happened. **Please do not connect with first level techs. Twice they were unable to help. **My phone is ***-***-****. TV is Panasonic TC-P**ST**.
