Amazon Video no longer connects to TV. When open the app we are required to register. *This happened just * days ago. We have never had this problem with this TV and Amazon Video for many years. **Tried phone customer service with no luck. When requested to speak to supervisor a woman came on the phone and soon the phone was disconnected. NOT by ME
GetHuman815826 did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.

the person I was connected to was able to determine my Panasonic Smart TV no longer supported. I purchase a Fire stick which will solve the problem.
