Bought a new Xerox WorkCenter ****. It had a error message that would not clear. After * hr. with support they gave up & replaced the machine. Received it today. IT will only print from Xcel or word. "Support" has no answer. *nd problem the lady on chat for fist machine was to "make a note" to have UPS pick up the return after ******* (I will not be at home until then). UPS showed up yesterday. I was not ready so they canceled the order. What doI do now?
