I bought an Oasis ereader a little more that a year ago.*ORDER * ***-*******-********It will not hold a charge for more than an hour.*I followed your instructions about turning it off, turning off wifi, using it's charger, resetting it, etc--still not working.*This unit is WAY too expensive to have a battery go dead after only a year.*As an original Prime Member, now paying $****year, may I have a replacement that is not a refurb?*Thank you.
