I got a email saying they needed to Verify my cards billing address to fax documents to the number given. **I did that within a few hours of receiving the email. I was told in the email I would be contacted within ** hours of sending fax. It's been * days now and I haven't got a call and my account is still locked.
GetHuman629915 did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.
