Hello,**I ordered a Bluray DVD of Bohemian Rhapsody on the **th March (order number: ***-*******-*******) because I wanted a format with the special unseen footage exclusive to Bluray. I have been unsuccessful at trying to watch it after learning that my device does not support Bluray DVDs. As such, the outer plastic wrapping has been removed but the item has not been 'used' per se as I have not been able to play it.**Can you please let me know if I would be entitled to a refund or credit of some description as I have now sourced an alternative format of the film which is compatible with my device albeit without the special unseen footage.**With thanks and kind regards,**Christina Vaughan
