On the 16th, I placed order number [redacted]-[redacted]. I added two items, a Nigella Lawson book and Tepe brushes, and then decided to include the latest Mary Berry book from my wish list, priced at £10.99. Upon checking my order, I realized the Mary Berry book was from a reseller, listed as nearly new for £15.54. I promptly contacted them to cancel, but they could only offer a return, which I found disappointing. I find this reseller's service subpar, and I plan to leave negative feedback once I receive my refund. It is concerning that my order was not directly fulfilled by Amazon, as I had to navigate through options such as format (Kindle or hardback) and condition (new or used, and select a supplier). I am certain I did not select a used item nor would have chosen a supplier charging £5 more than Amazon's new option. This seems to be a system processing issue. Once I receive the refund from the reseller, I intend to reorder directly from Amazon. I wonder if the reseller delivery is refused (not signed for), whether the item would be returned to them for the credit. This experience solidifies my decision to avoid doing business with resellers in the future.

I purchased a LETSCOM Replacement Bands for Fitness Tracker ID115PlusHR in black, but unfortunately received a pack containing a blue and pink band. Cancellation Request for Order #[redacted] I attempted to cancel my order shortly after placing it on the 20th, realizing it wouldn't arrive on time. Despite receiving an email stating it was too late to cancel, I intended to return it. The email suggested refusing the package, but since it was delivered by Royal Mail through my letterbox, I couldn't. The next suggestion was to use the Online Return Support Centre, but upon trying, I received a message stating the item wasn't eligible for return. Usually, I could use the web chat for order inquiries, but this option doesn't seem available now. I seek guidance on what steps to take next, as this is my first Amazon purchase that I can't return and I'm unclear why, considering my unsuccessful cancellation attempt on the same day of ordering. I've reviewed the return help page but still don't understand why the return isn't possible.

Order [redacted]-[redacted], a book by Bill Bryson, "A Short History of Nearly Everything," was delivered on Thursday, March 21, [redacted]. I received an email with a photo of the package inside my blue wheelie bin. Despite my clear instructions to place packages behind the bin if I'm not home, the delivery driver did not attempt to deliver it through my letterbox, which would have been easy. Unfortunately, my wheelie bin was emptied before I got home, and the package is now lost. It would be appreciated if a replacement delivery could be arranged securely. Today I received the Kindle version, but the hard copy was intended as a gift. I've been an Amazon customer for many years and have always appreciated the excellent service.

A few days ago, I was presented with a free month of Prime during a purchase. Upon clicking the offer, it processed along with my purchase before I could assess if my items were eligible for Prime benefits. Unfortunately, it seems they were not. I proceeded with the purchase as I had more items in mind. The first item arrived as scheduled on the 22nd, while the second item is delayed and now expected on the 26th when I will be away. Overall, my Prime trial experience has been disappointing. I wish to cancel this trial and revisit it at a more suitable time. Fran Lyons.

I placed an order on January 7, [redacted] with Order # [redacted]-[redacted]. I tried to use the product on my electric toothbrushes, but the heads do not fit as expected. I reached out to the seller for help, but they directed me back to Amazon. I am now in a situation where the product is of no use to me. I would like to return it for a refund, but I am unsure where to send it. Additionally, I am looking for refill brush heads for the Dauer sonic and OJV toothbrushes, which are both sold on Amazon. Upon receiving a broken fishing rod, I reached out to Amazon for a refund. After returning the item, the post office informed me it would cost £30.30 to ship it back due to its size. Despite being assured by Amazon that I would be fully refunded for the return shipping, I was only refunded £4.95. I submitted a refund request to [redacted] on 12/03/[redacted] but haven't received a response yet. In January [redacted], I purchased the "Bonnet Hood Hair Dryer, LC-dolida Soft Bonnet Hooded Hair Dryer" (Amazon Order # [redacted]-[redacted]) from DoLida, fulfilled by Amazon. The item, advertised as a premium product with a 2-year warranty, quickly broke after only eight uses, making it unusable. I believe it does not meet the durability standards required by the Consumer Rights Act [redacted]. I'm requesting a full refund and am willing to return the item if a return label is provided. While I was parking my car, an Amazon delivery driver impatiently squeezed past me, nearly hitting my car. After I parked, he rudely confronted me about the incident. He was dismissive when I explained I was in the middle of parking. He exhibited unsafe driving behavior and was impolite. I took a picture of his gold transit van with the registration LV63VXU during his delivery run in PO5 2LZ on 26.03.[redacted] at 18:11. When I mentioned filing a complaint, he objected and insisted I refrain from doing so. Today, I discovered three dust caps missing from my car's tires, with one partially deflated, leading me to suspect sabotage. As the only vehicle tampered with, I believe he deliberately targeted me due to the complaint threat. I request action be taken against his dangerous driving, disrespectful attitude, and potential damage to my car, which could have caused an accident.

Tracking ID: Q[redacted]3 - item not delivered. I have requested a refund twice through delivery feedback but have not received it. I purchased a 'Seagate 6TB Backup plus Hub' on 5/3/19 with a delivery date of 6/3/19. Despite the "Delivery by Amazon" tracking indicating the parcel was handed to a resident at 8:37pm, I have CCTV evidence proving otherwise. I have not received any response to my queries. It is essential to address this promptly as £[redacted] is a significant amount to lose when delivery was not attempted or completed, as verified by video evidence.

Unfortunately, your response did not address my concern regarding the advertisement of "New" books by other sellers when I am the exclusive provider without supplying them to these sellers. I suspect the American companies listing these items are engaging in fraudulent activities, which I urge you to investigate and disassociate from. Did they possibly create unauthorized new editions themselves? Kindly review our previous correspondence for more context. I urgently require a phone call regarding the returned item. Amazon customer services have informed me that the issue has been resolved, and there should be no further payment needed. However, I received an email stating otherwise, claiming that the item was not received, which is inaccurate as I have proof of sending it via the post office. This mistake is causing undue distress to me, especially as a disabled customer. Charging me twice for the same HDMI connector is unacceptable. Please contact me promptly so we can straighten out this confusion. On a side note, I seem to have received an extra HDMI cable that I didn't order. Thank you, Paul Waller.

I was signed up for Amazon Prime without my consent. I have never used the service and have struggled to contact customer service for help. My account is linked to a wrong email address, making it impossible for me to log in and correct this issue. I am requesting the immediate deletion of my Amazon Prime account and a refund for the unauthorized charges of £7.99 taken from my account. This has gone unnoticed until now, and I need this matter resolved promptly.

I encountered an issue with my Ultimate Ears Megablast Bluetooth Speaker in Graphite Black. After contacting customer support and exhaustively troubleshooting, we agreed on a replacement. I have since returned the speaker as per instructions. To my surprise, I received a dispatch notification with the outdated address, as I have relocated. I attempted to halt the delivery to update my new address for the replacement to be properly received. I still wish to proceed with the replacement instead of a refund but require assistance in updating the delivery address linked to my account. I recently ordered a Times cryptic crossword book for my son in Bristol as a surprise. I also ordered the David Astle book on how to solve cryptic crosswords, knowing they would arrive separately. The Times book was supposed to arrive within days but never did. According to the tracking number TY[redacted]17GB, it was delivered, but my son received a Mr. Men book instead, which was confusing. The second book, coming from the USA, arrived weeks later. I did not receive any emails from Amazon about the Times crossword book like I did for the other book, and I suspect there may have been an issue with the delivery. I would appreciate help in locating the book I purchased.

I recently placed an order for two books from Amazon, with the Order Reference: [redacted]-[redacted]. However, only one book was sent to me, even though I was charged for both. I tried to resolve this through the returns section, but there was no option for this specific issue. In the meantime, I went ahead and ordered the missing book separately, essentially paying for it twice.
