I was waiting for the delivery which was delayed but did not get any follow up email promptly after waking for further * days or so.*I cancelled the order, as I did not think they could deliver fast enough, and Amazon has not contacted me since about this particular order. ... I need to hear from the customer servece, what's the email address where a customer can send an email to.**I should be able to get to a member via email in the least. The service doesn't seem to be working at all.
They should realize I have been a good customer for years, placing regular orders, therefore they should respect me and respond to me with a solution. I can accept a delayed delivery of my order or they should give me a full refund.
Quickly as possible. I would like to receive an email, text message or telephone call to inform me of what they have decided to do with my order which is already paid for.
I purchase certain items regularly from Amazon Smile.
Telephoned many numbers which are listed online, but none of them are working as proper services and you will not get to speak with a real person.
