Order I'd ***-*******-********Was ordered last week. The company gave me an arrival date and then sent me an email saying the product was out of stock and would I accept a refund which I said I would. They sent me another email to say that the item would be with my daughter on February *nd when it didn't arrive I sent them another email on Monday *th with a copy going to Amazon they did not reply to that even though Amazon state that emails have to be replied to in * working days. I then looked up my account again and it said that the item would be with her today which of course it isn't. I sent another email this morning and now I want a refund as I have been given * arrival dates and an offer of a refund none of which have turned out to be true.*They are giving Amazon a bad name as they are ignoring everything I have sent them
