I ordered two books from Amazon EU S.a.r.L. with ORDER * ***-*******-******* on January *, ****. One of the books has been badly damaged since the book was sent using a thin plastic bag which has been also badly damaged. Another of the books is OK since the package was sent using a paper box. I am in USA and checked the return option in your site. If I mailed the book back and Amazon EU S.a.r.L. only covers the shipping cost up to £ *.**. However, the shipping cost is more than *£ *.** if I mail the book to your warehouse in European. Can you help me to solve this issue? Do you have any suggestion? I can provide the pictures for the damaged book. *Thanks a lot!
