In December ****, I received a card to say if I wanted a free **day trial offer at Amazon prime . I agreed to this. But to my surprise the subscription amount was taken out of my account about *days later. After a great deal of trouble. I found a suitable phone no and spoke to a customer service employee. Agreed to refund my money which was done and at the same time said he would cancel my trial as I didn’t want to continue with trial. On the ** of january you took another subscription payment which I would like returned and confirmation of cancellation if account. Yours faithfully. Ron bonser
